Elderberry Tea

How to Make Elderberry Tea

A warm cup of elderberry tea offers a delightful blend of earthy sweetness and subtle tartness, making each sip both comforting and refreshing. Packed with antioxidants and immune-boosting properties, elderberry tea can help support your wellness, especially during cold seasons. The calming aroma and warm flavors create a sense of tranquility, perfect for cozy evenings or quiet moments of reflection. Enjoying this herbal infusion not only soothes the body but also uplifts the spirit, inviting a sense of well-being and contentment with every sip.

Needed

  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Elderberries

  • 8 ounces of boiling water

Optional

  • 1-2 tablespoons Honey Raw and Unfiltered is best

  • Spices such as ginger, cinnamon or cloves

  • 1-2 tablespoons Lemon Juice ( for me this is not the needed list, I love lemon with elderberry)

To make a soothing cup of elderberry tea, start by adding 1 teaspoon of dried elderberries to a tea infuser or directly into your cup. Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over the elderberries and let steep for about 10-15 minutes. Strain the tea if needed, and enjoy it warm! For added flavor, you can sweeten it with honey or a splash of lemon. Enjoy the cozy, immune-boosting benefits of this delightful brew!
